Daimeon Shanks

Daimeon is a first-year PhD student at Berkeley Law’s Jurisprudence and Social Policy program, which is dedicated to the examination of law as a social function. Daimeon received his J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2019, where he studied international law, international human rights, American Indian law, and the administrative state. His current research interests include the development of international legal norms and the distributive effects of administrative agency structuring.
