Ritama Vallishayee

My name is Ritama, and I am a third year Economics major with a double minor in Sociology and Russian. As an interdisciplinarian myself, I am interested in the GMC's multidisciplinary approach to immigration and more specifically in the impact of immigrant and refugee status on socioeconomic outcomes in South Asia and Eastern Europe. I am additionally interested in the labor market outcomes associated with this. 

In addition to academics, I enjoy reading Chekhov, classical dance, and creative writing/prose.
