PolitiFact Asks Dean Johnson Whether California is 'Winning' in Court

PolitiFact California consulted Dean Kevin R. Johnson for a report on whether California is “winning” in court against the Trump administration, as Attorney General Xavier Becerra and Gov. Gavin Newsom have asserted. Johnson told PolitiFact that although California generally has been successful in these efforts so far, “Some of these cases are far from completion.”
