The H-2A Temporary Agricultural Worker Program in 2020
GMC affiliates, Philip Martin and Zachariah Rutledge published a news report over the H-2A Agricultural Guest Worker program. This program allows for foreign-born workers to be hired by U.S. agricultural employers, due to the anticipated labor shortages.
