Brad Jones, Jeff Sherman, and Dave Vannette receive seed grant from Institute for Social Sciences for interdisciplinary research

Professor Brad Jones, Professor Jeff Sherman, and Dave Vannette (Political Science post-doctorate) have recently received an Interdisciplinary Seed Grant of $20,000 from the Institute for Social Sciences. The grant is to fund their project examining Latino beliefs about discrimination and stereotypes. The project will also focus on how these beliefs are moderated by Latin group attributes, such as immigration status, generational status, language use, and variation in phenotypes.
