Daniel Costa for Mother Jones

Daniel Costa was interviewed by Mother Jones to discuss the Farm Workforce Modernization Act. Although the name suggests an improvement in conditions for farm laborers, Daniel Costa is dubious of its beneficence. He suggests that the tweak to the system could have an adverse consequence of lowering the pay for migrant farm workers.
