‘A Lot of Fear’: Trump’s Deportation Proposals Are Already Rattling Workers

GMC director Giovanni Peri was interviewed in WTTW about the negative economic impacts of deporting undocumented immigrants. Since undocumented immigrants are employed in multiple sectors of the US economy, mass deportations would shrink the worker supply and have ripple effects on the labor markets.
